Unable to ship confirm a return transfer order created against the receipt into expense destination

Summary:

We are unable to perform ship confirm of a return transfer order which is created against the return receipt of a transfer order to an expense destination. The requirement is to return the materials which were issued out to expense destination via a return transfer order functionalitY. We created the return from receipt, oraclr created the transfer order and shipment number. When we went to manage shipment lines, we are unable to ship confirm as oracle is throwing an Inventory Controls issue.

It says → "Inventory Controls missing - You must enter the subinventory and locator before the line can be shipped". In the shipment lines we are unable to enter the subinventory and locator as these are not editable. This means oracle should derive the subinventory and locator from the return transfer order or from item transaction defaults.
