How to hide LIG Quick add in Toolbar based on condition?

Example: attribute having values A - we need to hide LIG Quick add Icon(+) in Toolbar

attribute having value B- we need to show LIG Quick Add Icon (+) in Toolbar

Can anyone suggest the working solution for above scenario it would be helpfu?
