Time Balance DBI invalid results in Time Calculation Rule Fast Formula

Summary:

We have created two Time Balance Dimension one at the Person level and another at the Assignment level to calculate hours over a two-week period.

Based on these balance dimensions, we created Balance Definitions using the Add definition.

Our understanding is that the Person-level balance should aggregate hours by person, while the Assignment-level balance should aggregate hours separately for each assignment recorded on the time card.
