Trying to open expression builder in Work Definition page

In Supply Chain Execution → Work Definition Page → After clicking on an item → Added a custom component (Hyperlink). So in that hyperlink our requirement is to add a Report Link with binding params from the page in the destination expression builder.

But our main problem here is we are unable to access the expression builder. After clicking on expression builder, it won't open as expected instead the cursor is just showing loader icon.

Note: This is just happening to this particular page. We thought it was a performance issue. But rest of the pages are able to access expression builder except this page.
