I want to bulk update orders

I have a question.
I created the following attribute.
Type: Text
Default tab
→ Set the value in Function:
Modify tab
→ Set to Revert to Default in Save
This text attribute's value is automatically set when creating or saving a new order,
but I would like to set this value for existing orders as well.
I would like to set the value by bulk updating orders.
In this regard, I have the following questions:
- Is it possible to bulk update orders? If so, please tell me how.
- Is there a way to set this text attribute value for existing orders other than bulk updating them?
