Items Cannot Be Loaded

Summary:

Hello Oracle experts, I have a query regarding my items that I would like to extend to another Inventory Organization. I cannot load it since the Item Import file is throwing an error in Scheduled Processes saying that the item is already existing.
These are the sample items that are existing as per log file:

But checking it in the system, those items are not yet existing under the TUUK_INV_ORG - the TUUK_INV_ORG is not present here in associations

Please help how can I load these items under that Organization.
