Oracle FCCS should show Periodic and QTD values as identical for quarter-end periods.

Summary:

In FCCS, the view dimension currently calculates QTD (Quarter-to-Date) as a cumulative value of the periodic entries. For example:
January: Periodic and QTD are the same.
February: QTD is the sum of January and February periodic values.
March: QTD is the sum of January, February, and March periodic values.
However, our requirement is different. We need the system to treat Periodic and QTD as identical for all periods, without cumulative calculations. At present, December QTD is calculated as the sum of October, November, and December Periodic values. Instead, In other words, if there is a value in October Periodic, it should not be part of December QTD. While calculating Dec QTD system should conside only DEC value not cumulative values of Oct, Nov, and Dec. In other words any value posted in December Periodic should appear exactly the same in December QTD.
