Service Periods started appearing once enabling the DFF on supplier company deat

Summary:

After I am enabling the DFF segments in Manage Supplier Registration Descriptive Flexfield, the label Service Periods started appearing, which is not at all setup in the Segments . I deleted all the segments in the DFF but still it is displaying as Service Period
