When we exit the course after Quiz, it prompts us to start from the beginning instead of resuming.

I’d like to check if we might be missing a setting in one of our e‑learning modules. Normally, when a user saves and closes a module before completing it, the course resumes from where they left off. However, for the O-GB Fraud Awareness Training 2026 module, this doesn’t seem to work. If we exit the module after the quiz, it prompts us to start from the beginning instead of resuming. Note that this only happens if we leave the course after the quiz. We’ve already reviewed the settings in the authoring tool, and I can confirm that nothing was changed
