Lead Times are not honored in Constrained Planning with Bottleneck resources are enabled

in Supply Chain Planning and Collaboration

Summary:

While running the Constrained Supply plan with Capacity constrained resources 'Bottleneck Resources Only' run with the below options, the supply plan is ignoring the lead times for an item which has 34 days and recommending the suggested start date and suggested dock date are same.

The same plan when running by changing the capacity constrained resources for all resources, then lead time is honored and offset has been seen between the suggested start date and suggested dock date.

Can you please share your views on this issue, what could be the reason plan is ignoring the lead times when it's running with the Bottleneck resources only option?
