Restrict Welcome email base on Person type.

Is there any possibility to restrict the welcome email based on the person type? For example, when hiring, if we select the Employee person type, then the welcome email should be triggered to reset the password. However, if we select any other person type, such as Non-worker, then no welcome email should be triggered.
