Issue in Secured list view for users having specific roles and custom criteria

Summary:

While accessing few reports, the users with Specific custom roles(HR officer, Human Resource Specialist - Regional HR) and custom criteria in production is facing time out and error in loading because of the secured list view used in reports.

In the person security profile we have used AOR based security profile with responsibility scope as Country and a custom criterion.
