How to add post nominals to the end of an employees name in Oracle

Hi Team,

We have a requirement i.e., to add post nominals to the end of the employees name. We did some initial investigation and could not see anything obvious within existing configuration. Kindly assist us to configure fields to house post-nominals for a Person? Examples would be an Employee adding their own or HR team managing listed accreditations, degrees, Honours and Appointments, or even military related awards: E.g.
