SQL to get the ESS job run details with Parameter Values

Summary:

We have a requirement to analyse the performance issues for some of Project application ESS jobs for our client. TO this end, I would like to see get an extract of ESS job runs along with the parameter values as passed from the application , not the back end IDs.

Does some one have the SQL query that I can use to pass the job name and that will give the usual Job run information along with the parameter values?
