Job Offer Facts in OTBI Not Visible

In OTBI, Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area, the Number of Job Offers measure in Facts - Job Offer is returning 0, with no other fields or filters selected.

No other job offer-related fields seem to be populating properly either. I thought this may be a role issue, but I have the following roles already assigned:

Please advise how I can make the offer data visible within OTBI.
