Terminate Employment - Approval Rule

Summary:

I had converted our termination from v2 to v3. When trying to rebuild the approval rule from Termination to Terminate Employment, I am not able to add the approvers to the nodes even though I can add more branches to the node. It lags and then nothing happens. I had cleared my cache and tried different browsers.

I had no issues doing this last quarter, so I don't think it's a 25D issue.
