Missing PII Candidate Report (OTBI)

Summary:

We are trying to create a candidate level report based the current phase, current state, and the DoB and/NID is null.
The purpose is for the recruiters to be able to pull the report and view only candidates missing either their DoB and/or their national identifier prior to moving the candidate to HR where the Pending Worker record is created. This is to enable the recruiters to follow up with their candidates to ensure they complete the PII Apply flow.

We have not been able to locate the DOB field or the National ID field in OTBI. We've looked in Recruiting - Recruiting Events Real Time, Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time. What are some alternative options?
