Is It possible to exclude active pricing promotions

I need exclude quantity promotion when the customer include de promtion code in the order

Hi everyone,

I created 2 promotions

1. Percentage discount quantity for instance, if customers take 4 items, they get discount of 2% and it increases the discount according with quantity of items between 5 to 19 get 5% and so on so for.
2. Cupon discount, a simple discount of 15% according with the season, If the customer add the cupon code (actions-add promotion code)

Behavior

Either promotions have to be active, nonetheless, If the customer insert cupon code discount, promotion 1 it has to be invalidated and only the customer get the promotion 2.
