Dynamic Google Maps link in Oracle CX Sales Cloud Email Template

Summary:

I’m working on an Email Template of Service Request object in Oracle CX Sales Cloud and would like to add a dynamic Google Maps link based on address fields (Address Line1, City, State, Postal Code from Account object).

I initially tried using

<a href="https://www.google.com/maps/place+AccAddressLine1_c+AccAddressCity_c+AccAddressState_c+AccAddressPostalCode">Googlemaps</a>

Looking for correct merge field syntax or best practice (formula field or inline URL).

any other suggestion on this
