Details: We are facing an issue where a B2B item shows “On‑hand” as the Supply Type in Supply order details, even though Inventory on‑hand is 0 at that time. As a result, the sales order incorrectly received an On‑hand supply recommendation instead of Buy, and the reservation subsequently failed.

Below is the exact timeline:

1/22 02:00 – PO receipt increased on‑hand quantity (for diff SO).
1/22 02:01 – A reservation was created for an existing SO linked to this PO, reducing Inventory on‑hand to 0.
1/22 07:00 onward – The Collection Job Set (including “Collect Reservations”) ran successfully every 30 minutes.
1/22 09:00 – A new SO for the same B2B item still received “
