Duration Based Absence Entries and Start/Stop based Time Cards

This is on 25D.

Below is the Scenario.

1. Absences are entered in in Absence Management in Duration based format. i.e. 8 hours for PTO.
2. But we have time cards in Start and Stop time format. i.e. in HH:MM AM/PM format.
3. Requirement is to display absence entries entered in Absence Management in these time cards.

How do we achieve this?
