FTP adapter list operation shows 0 files : error

Hi Experts

We are using external SFTP server and the list operation shows 0 files in the response in FTP adapter, even though i could see files using WinSCP.

I'm using OIC ftp server no issues i see, but this external ftp server is showing this error i.e. 0 files in list file operation. Though i'm able to download and read file operation using this external ftp connection, only list file operation i see issue. Please help me
