Modules show as "not passed" while they are Theory with unlimited attempts

Hi there, after switching to 26A, we have some eLearning modules that end up being "Not Passed" while they are purely theoretical without no test at the end.

I guess this should do with the way they are set. We are talking about eLearning modules exported with Storyline. They worked perfectly fine before the switch though. We used SCORM 2024 - 2nd Edition (Completed/Incomplete).

On Fusion, the modules are setup is Recorded Attempts: Unlimited, Auto Commit: Yes.

People try to take them several times and in OTBI activity level reports I see that the attempts are Completed, but on the User interface the modules show as Not Passed.
