Mass Adjustment of Approved Timecards to Recalculate Costs After Historic Rate Changes

We are looking for Oracle-supported guidance on whether there is a standard or supported way to adjust approved timecards in bulk so that they automatically re‑calculate costs based on revised historic rates coming from Oracle Fusion Projects, without manually amending each individual timecard.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  • Timecards have already been approved and transferred to Project Costing.
  • Historic project labour rates (e.g. from rate schedules / labour costing rules) have since been corrected or updated.
  • The hours recorded on the timecards have not changed – only the applicable rate is different.
  • We want the revised historic rates to be re-applied to existing approved timecards and re-costed into Projects.
