Manage Orders Page: Unable to Select Procurement BU and Search POs for the User’s Own BU

On the Manage Orders page, the Procurement BU field is not selectable, and users are unable to search for Purchase Orders belonging to their own Business Unit.
Could you please advise whether what setup is required?
