Unable to see "Evaluate Performance" quick action under My Team with our custom line manager login

Summary:

Logged in the with the user ID: UKI189508

Navigation: My Team -> Quick actions -> Career and Performance -> In that there is no visibility for “Evaluate Performance” quick action.

In our custom Line Manager role, “Evaluate Performance Document as Manager” privilege is already there. But still for the user who have our custom line manager role is unable to see “Evaluate Performance” quick action.

Could you please check and resolve our issue i.e., why “Evaluate Performance” quick action is not visible though the relevant privilege is available in our custom line manager role.
