Automatic Hard Reservation for Work orders
Summary:
- We follow a 2 step process for Work Order Picking and Issue (Issue push components on pick release= Unchecked)
- After Generating a Movement Request, during Pick confirm we select the required lot number (example LOT100/ITEMA) for WO-1000 and confirm
- We have a business requirement to Hard reserve this LOT100 for that WO only till its issued in Dispatch list
- Our problem is that at the same time if there is another WO-1001 in execution @Review dispatch list , this LOT100 is as well available for selection for ItemA during issue and user can save LOT100 and complete the issue.
- Is there an automatic way as Part of 'Release and Pick Order Material' Step in Work order Bench to Hard reserve the material lot for that specific WO only
