HR Should not be able to view and manage their own record.

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We are using the default person security profile 'View All People' for our HR Role and we have a requirement where HR should not be able to view their own record. But upon attaching this person security profile to the HR Role, HR has access to their own record as well.

In configuration, the person security profile 'View all people' does not have access to View Own Record.

Given this, we would like to understand whether this is expected behavior, or the standard functionality is not working as expected.

And if the standard functionality is not working, how can we make this work?
