Can common lookup value be defaulted in standard field?

On plan profile page, in Assignment details, there is the Assignment Type field, which is a standard field from Oracle.

We would like to add the value "Required Assignment" as default value on this page

Common lookup:

ORA_WLF_ASSIGN_REC_TYPE
