Renew SAML certificate in IDCS
I am following cloud customer connect discussion to renew SAML certificate.

I am not able to locate Manage Security Providers option in IDCS.
Also, certificate info section under Certificate is saying "Error retrieving data".
Domain info says Couldn't load the data under Domains.
Can you please help me fix the 2 above issue so that I can check the info in IDCS site.
Also, confirm if the steps in above customer customer connect blog are still correct or needs correction.
Please share the steps to renew SAML certificate.
