Prevent users from compressing lead time of planned make orders/work orders when firming in SupplyPL

Summary:

Hello, is it possible to put in controls in the Constrained Supply Plan to prevent users from compressing lead times of planned make orders and work orders when they change the dates with Firming? It will also be advantageous if we can prevent users firming within the planning time fence too.

Users are firming dates of Planned Make Orders and Work Orders, sometimes they expedite the dates via firming which compresses the Lead Times or bypasses the Planning Time Fence unknowingly. In Manufacturing, the consequence is the start dates for these Work Orders end up in the past which is not desirable for them.
