Workforce Planning Deprecated Rules in June 2026

Summary:

The Nov 2025 "Important Actions and Considerations" included that the following workforce rules will be updated and prior rules will be deprecated in the June 26.06 update:

Workforce Rules

  • Synchronize Defaults 2.0
  • Synchronize Definition 2.0
  • Process Loaded Data with Synchronize Defaults
  • Process Loaded Data with Synchronize Definition
  • Calculate Compensation for all 2.0

The exact names above currently do not exist in our OOTB application. The current names are:

OWP_Synchronize Defaults

OWP_Synchronize Definition

OWP_Process Loaded Data

OWP_Calculate Employee Compensation for All Data

I would like to confirm if our existing rules will continue to exist. Thank you.
