How to remove a duplicate employee from manager's Planned Schedule area?

Summary:

Manager can see his employee's assignment number listed with OX and E in Planned Schedule. For example, manager Robert Taylor can see his employee, Danielle Gulli, listed twice in Planned Schedule like the following: 1) E6910 and 2) OX967. We found that the OX967 is pulling from ORC, but we don't know why. Is there a way to remove this besides selecting the "Show only Primary Assignments" icon?
