Redwood - make goal name in VBS in performance goal page

Hi,

we need to make the field Goal Name read only. The HR user can select the goal name only form the library and they cannot edit the name heredited from the library. In responsive we were able to do this, but in redwood ther is no option to make Goal name Read only
