How to load the Data for Custom Measure without Time Dimension though FBDI ?

Summary:

We have a custom measure for which the Time dimension is not enabled in the measure configuration.

We need to load the data only once for this custom measure (non-time-phased). However, when we try to load the data using the Measure FBDI template, we receive the following error:

“The TIME attribute isn't a valid dimension for the measure.”

Since we do not want to use the Time dimension, we populated #Ignore in the TIME_LVL_NAME column in the FBDI template. Despite this, the load request still fails with the same error.
