How to default location set and country to specific values in Manage Locations screen?

Hello,

I would like to default the location set 'AT Set' when creating a new location, how can I do that?

In VBCS i do not see any field named 'location set'

I also would like to change the default value for country from 'Ireland' to 'Austria'

But the field is not available in Main Address section

Could someone advise how to achieve that?
