ASO Dynamic Calc Children (Member Formulas) Not Rolling Up to Dynamic Calc Parent

Summary:

We have an issue where dynamic calc children that have member formulas (red highlighted below) are not rolling up to a dynamic calc parent (yellow highlighted below). Any idea why that would be? We get a value but it isn't the sum of the children values.
