I would like to know how to manage learning content resources in .htm format in Oracle Learning Cloud.

Is it possible to upload an HTM file directly, or does it need to be converted (for example, packaged as an HTML5 ZIP or SCORM)?

Also, what is the recommended best practice for using HTM files as learning resources in OLC?
