Can Line Managers Review Learner Questionnaires and Mark Pass/Fail?

Is it possible to configure a questionnaire so that:

A learner is assigned a course that includes a questionnaire

The learner completes the questionnaire. After completion, the learner’s line manager can access the submitted questionnaire

The manager can then review the responses and mark the learner as Pass or Fail

If this is supported, what is the recommended setup (e.g. questionnaires, evaluations, approvals, or learning outcomes)? If not, are there any workarounds or best-practice alternatives?
