User is unable to open the Data form getting an error ajax to servlet failed

Hello Everyone,

A specific client user is unable to open a data form, even though the required access roles have been assigned. We tested the same access with a test user, and the data form opens successfully for the test user. However, the client user still encounters an error while opening the form.

Please find the error screenshot attached for reference. Could anyone help us understand what might be causing this issue?
