The Privilege Leave balance is not getting credited on a monthly basis

Summary:

As per the system requirement, Privilege Leave (PL) balances should be credited automatically every month at the rate of 1.5 days per employee. However, for the past few months, the monthly PL credits have not been processed for any employees.

The scheduled process that handles this crediting was originally configured to run from an email ID that has now been deactivated. We attempted to re‑schedule the same process using the new email ID, but the PL balance is still not getting credited in the system.

If we run the process manually at the beginning of the month, the Privilege Leave (PL) balance gets credited correctly.
