How to limit the value in smartlist

Hello experts,

I have one question related to the Smart List.

I am creating a smart list of the members.

When I select the members, I found that it only allows me to choose the simple functions like Descendants/Parents,….:

But my business requirement is more complicated than this.

I just want my Smart lists to show only the members on the specific form (for example, if a form shows 10 members, this Smart list should show only those 10 members).

Is there any way to design the smart list like above? The smartlist that I want to design is the same as the data validation in Excel.
