Concatenating Grade and Worker Category (Standard Fields)

We are currently using Grade and Worker Category as standard fields.

Is there a way to concatenate the Grade values within the Worker Category via standard?
Any guidance on whether this is supported out of the box, or possible through a workaround, would be appreciated.
