Does the Donation/Absence fast formula allow conversion from hours to dollars?

Summary:

Does the fast formula available in the Donation/Absence tile allow a conversion from the donator's rate of pay to the recipient's rate of pay?

I see that this old suggested idea was archived - I wish I had seen it and voted for it.

I created an absence plan of donation type. I enrolled employees into the plan.

Navigate to Me>Absences/Time & Absence>Donations

Add+ a new donation. Select the recipient. Enter the donation amount in hours.
