We have our Line Manager Security Role set to auto provision at the point where our manager has direct reports (See Role Mapping screen shot)

The issue I am having is - for new managers - it is granting at the time of offer creation.

We would like this to wait until the Pending Worker or Employee phase of the candidate move.

Am I missing something in the conditions that prevents this from happening at the time of offer?
