I want to send Webservice integration to update rate offer attributedate

I am trying to create a work around to Force OTM engine to recompile the Rate Record after CSV upload.
My approach is to make any change via integration based on Automation agent event to update any rate record/rate offer meta data to force otm engine to recompile the uploaded CSV data for the rate record.
CSV loads succeed but planning doesn’t see updated prices until a manual change is done in the UI.
