Feasibility of Year-End Accrual Balance Transfer Between Plans

Hi Everyone,
We have a requirement related to Absence Management, and I would like to check whether this is feasible in Oracle Fusion.
We currently have one accrual plan that calculates the employee’s accrual balance. At year-end, we want to transfer only the year-end balance from this existing accrual plan to another target accrual plan.
Please note:
- The old accrual plan will remain active.
- Only the year-end balance needs to be transferred to the new accrual plan.
- This transfer should happen during the year-end process.
Could you please confirm:
- Whether this requirement is feasible in Oracle Fusion Absence Management?
