redwood purchasing term not having variables

hi wanted to check if redwood terms page have same functionality like classic screen or not in classic we can add standard clause, non-standard clasue, enter variable manually or seeded, there was validation screen in classic to enter variables. All this i dont see in redwood am i missing any setup please let me know. any profile option or ess job pending at my end?
