How to select Install Base Assets in Workorder subtab using Custom object

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to select multiple Install base assets in workorder sub tab.

For this i followed below steps:

  1. Create new custom object (Eg: AffectedWorkOrderAssets) in CRM application.
  2. Created one DCL field (Related object: Asset and Display filed: Asset Number)
  3. Created 1: M relationship between Workorder and Custom object
  4. Added custom object as subtab in Workorder details page

Issue: Displaying some random record number instead of installed based asset number in Workorder subtab
