Absence : shift employees vs non-shift different entitlement

Summary:

I have a requirement where absence accural plan

entitlement :

Normal working employee(non shift employees) = 30 working days

Shift employees( any apart from normal shift, like night shift, other day shift ) = 26 calendar days

now my absence type UOM=Days

How can we achieve this ? Any advices ?

same absence type , or do we have to make different absence type ?

Do we have any indicator any whether in Global HR that we can use to differentiate ?
